2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the ju77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration – including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any subsequently submitted KYC documentation – is accurate, current, and complete. ju77 relies on this information for security and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.4 KYC Verification. ju77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal.
2.5 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that their use of the ju77 Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction within Pakistan. ju77 does not provide legal advice. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
Creating multiple Accounts, providing false identity information, or allowing a minor to use your Account are each serious violations of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ju77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ju77 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
3.2 You agree to notify ju77 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
3.3 ju77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from your disclosure of such credentials to any third party.
3.4 ju77 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account if it has reason to believe that the Account has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ju77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the Account deposit section.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your ju77 Account balance instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. ju77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank hold policies, or technical issues on the payment provider's side.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. ju77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the account help section. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required. ju77 reserves the right to apply fraud-screening checks before authorising any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum & Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed in your Account settings and may vary by payment method. ju77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may not use a payment method that belongs to a third party to fund your ju77 Account. Deposits must be made only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ju77 Account holder.
4.6 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ju77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.1 By placing a bet on ju77, you confirm that you have read and understood the specific rules applicable to the market, game, or event on which the bet is placed. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or market interface.
5.2 All bets are final once confirmed. ju77 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where ju77 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest technical error has occurred.
5.3 ju77 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming outcome where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, fraudulent activity, collusion, or any other circumstance that renders the outcome unfair or invalid. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Account.
5.4 All casino and slot game outcomes on ju77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing and wheel-spinning actions of licensed studio dealers under independent oversight.
5.5 ju77 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any Account without providing a reason, particularly where betting patterns suggest potential abuse, advantage play inconsistent with platform rules, or other irregular activity.
6.1 ju77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, or other incentives to Account holders. All such promotions are subject to specific bonus terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
6.3 ju77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions – including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or using systematic strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account closure.
6.4 Bonus terms are binding and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of the relevant promotion only.
7.1 ju77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users across Pakistan, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ju77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the ju77 Platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, content, graphics, and trademarks – are the exclusive property of ju77 or its licensors.
9.2 No User is granted any licence or right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ju77 Platform without the prior written consent of ju77.
9.3 Third-party game content made available on ju77 through licensed provider partnerships remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
10.1 The ju77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ju77 uses reasonable endeavours to ensure platform availability and reliability, ju77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or financial loss.
10.3 ju77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ju77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 ju77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ju77 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders via their registered contact details or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
11.2 The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the ju77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ju77 operates.
12.2 Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction within Pakistan. ju77 does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.
